- **Upload experience**: "Add Photos" button now opens file picker directly, supporting multiple file selection with real-time validation and progress feedback.

We've made CoachConnect faster, clearer, and easier to use across uploads, notifications, appointments, and profiles.

## What's improved

### Fixes

- **Profile photos**: You can upload or update your picture more reliably, and it appears consistently across the app.
- **Galleries**: Upload multiple photos with progress feedback and clearer error messages. You can also remove photos you no longer want.
- **Notifications**: The bell now shows a red badge with the correct unread count. Tap to view details; items are marked read when opened.
- **Appointments**: Clean "Upcoming" and "Past" tabs and a simpler actions menu. Trainee details now display consistently.
